Obama clinches nomination

According to the AP, Senator Barack Obama now has the delegate count to win the nomination as long as he gets at least 30% of the vote tonight in each state. Clinton staffers are saying she will not concede the race tonight even though rumors are swirling that she is winding the campaign down. The next decision will be if they join forces or if Clinton decides to go all out and goes for an independent run which I find highly unlikely.
